1) All rounder Indian Tandoor /Indo Chinese Chef who can confidently handle kitchen operations and preparation (prep) work with ease.

2)Chaat chef - who can confidently prepare Indian chaats items , pav bhaji or Dosa items

Requirements:
• Proven experience in Indian,Tandoor, Chinese & Chaat cuisine
• Ability to manage kitchen workflow efficiently
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, consistency & food quality
• Team player with a responsible attitude
