Description

We are a well-established and reputed sweets manufacturing company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, seeking to recruit a highly qualified, certified, and experienced Cost Controller to strengthen our finance team.
Important Note:
This position is open for local hiring only. Applicants must be currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and control all aspects of production and operational costing
• Conduct cost analysis, variance reporting, and performance evaluation
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective cost control and monitoring
• systems and procedures
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance departments to enhance cost efficiency
• Ensure accurate inventory costing, stock reconciliation, and cost allocation
• Prepare periodic cost reports and provide recommendations to management
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is mandatory
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Cost Controller, preferably within the manufacturing or food industry
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
