🌿 VACANCY – SITE CHARGEHAND

Landscape Maintenance Division Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Chargehand – Landscape Maintenance to supervise and coordinate day-to-day landscape maintenance activities at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape maintenance teams and site activities
• Coordinate gardeners, irrigation workers and other site staff
• Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, plants, trees, shrubs and seasonal flowers
• Monitor irrigation systems and report/rectify operational issues
• Ensure work is completed according to the required quality standards and schedule
• Maintain daily manpower, material and site activity records
• Coordinate with the Site Supervisor / Project Manager
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment and materials
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness and discipline

Requirements

✅ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in landscape maintenance
✅ Practical knowledge of irrigation systems and horticultural maintenance
✅ Good team leadership and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage manpower and daily site activities
✅ Bahrain/GCC experience preferred
