Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join immediately in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both local and expatriate hires, ensuring full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and LMRA regulations. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and experience handling visa and onboarding processes for expatriate employees.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding)
Post job vacancies on local and international job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, GulfTalent, etc.)
Source both local Bahraini talent and expatriate candidates
Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
Expatriate Hiring & Visa Processing
Handle end-to-end expatriate recruitment process
Coordinate with PRO/HR for work permits, visas, medicals, and LMRA procedures
Ensure smooth onboarding and relocation support for expatriate employees
Maintain compliance with immigration and labor regulations
Compliance & Bahrain Labor Law
Ensure all recruitment and employment practices comply with Bahrain Labour Law
Prepare compliant employment contracts, offer letters, and documentation
Stay updated with LMRA regulations and hiring requirements for foreign workers
Support audits and HR compliance reporting
HR Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with HR operations and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment databases and ATS systems
Prepare hiring reports, KPIs, and recruitment dashboards
Support employer branding initiatives in Bahrain market
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as Talent Acquisition / Recruiter in Bahrain or GCC
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law & LMRA procedures
Hands-on experience in expatriate recruitment and visa processing
Immediate availability in Bahrain is mandatory
Strong communication and negotiation skills (English required; Arabic preferred)
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS systems
Preferred Skills
Experience in bulk hiring or multi-industry recruitment
Familiarity with PRO coordination and government systems
Strong stakeholder management and time-sensitive hiring capability
Ability to work in fast-paced recruitment environments
