Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator based in Bahrain to support daily HR operations, ensuring smooth administration of employee records, compliance with Bahrain labor law, and coordination of expatriate employment processes including visas and work permits.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases accurately
Support full employee lifecycle administration (joining, transfers, resignations, termination)
Assist in recruitment coordination including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
Prepare and process employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
Handle expatriate HR processes, including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and LMRA coordination
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and company HR policies
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and timekeeping systems
Support payroll inputs and monthly HR reports
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees
Respond to employee HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner
Assist in HR audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR administrative experience (GCC/Bahrain experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR compliance requirements
Experience handling expatriate documentation (LMRA, visas, work permits)
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Immediate availability to join is mandatory
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Preferred Skills
Experience with HR systems or HRIS platforms
Familiarity with LMRA/SIO processes
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Strong multitasking and coordination abilities
