Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and performance-focused SEO/SEM Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be currently based in Bahrain or available to join immediately, with hands-on experience in search engine optimization and paid advertising. Experience in real estate SEO/SEM is a strong advantage. Expatriates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic
Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads, display, remarketing)
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization
Manage technical SEO aspects including site audits, indexing, and performance improvements
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve lead generation
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align strategies
Manage PPC budgets and ensure maximum ROI
Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
Stay updated with search engine algorithms and digital marketing trends
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SEO/SEM or digital marketing
Proven track record of improving search rankings and managing successful ad campaigns
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital platforms
Understanding of technical SEO, link building, and content optimization
Familiarity with Bahrain/GCC market trends is a plus
Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate SEO/SEM campaigns (property listings, lead generation, portals)
Knowledge of local property search trends and buyer behavior
Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and UX principles
Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
