Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Division: Environmental Testing Laboratory Services and Supply
Work Location: Bahrain – ASTRON LAB

. Experience
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing within:
o Laboratory testing services and laboratory supply related.
• Good understanding of Laboratory services & supply

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with companies, factories, and industries
• Promote the laboratory’s testing services and supply and generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and approach ongoing and upcoming projects and approach them to get registered
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with the technical/laboratory team for client requirements and testing schedules.
• Follow up with clients for quotations, approvals, and payments.
• Maintain a database of clients and project leads.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the industries and testing standards.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Other Requirements
• Valid driving license (preferred for site/client visits).
• Willingness to travel to project sites and client offices.
• Good networking skills within the Procurement and Technical departments.
