Logistics Sales Executive

Location: Bahrain Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Logistics Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bahrain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, logistics, and international shipping, with proven ability to develop new business, build strong client relationships, and generate sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote and sell Sea Freight, Air Freight, and related logistics solutions.
- Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate rates and commercial terms with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Coordinate closely with operations, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales opportunities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and freight rates to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the company's CRM / freight management system.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Sea Freight and Air Freight operations.
- Existing client network and market knowledge in Bahrain will be considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business development and customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM, logistics, or freight management systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluency in Filipino or Malayalam and hindi is required.
- Must be currently based in Bahrain and available to join the team.
