Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain, ready to join immediately, and have a solid background in providing IT support across hardware, software, and network environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support to end-users (onsite and remote)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS) and business applications
Manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions
Support basic network operations (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN access)
Monitor and respond to IT support tickets within defined SLAs
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking
Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex technical issues when necessary
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Strong knowledge of:
Windows OS and Microsoft 365
Active Directory / user management
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
Good communication skills and customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
Experience in enterprise or corporate IT environments
Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices
