Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter who is currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a solid understanding of Bahrain labor laws and expertise in sourcing both local and expatriate talent.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Post job advertisements on relevant job portals and social media platforms targeting local and expatriate candidates
Handle expatriate hiring processes including visa coordination and documentation
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and company hiring policies
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist qualified candidates
Manage offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding procedures
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in Bahrain or GCC
Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor law and employment regulations
Experience in expatriate recruitment and visa processes
Must be locally available in Bahrain
Immediate joiner preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn recruitment, and ATS systems
