Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant who is currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, assist in recruitment activities, and have a good understanding of Bahrain labor laws, including processes related to expatriate employees.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
Support hiring processes for both local and expatriate candidates
Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date
Assist in visa processing, renewals, and expatriate documentation
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related correspondence
Ensure HR processes comply with Bahrain labor laws and company policies
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees
Maintain HR databases, attendance records, and leave management systems
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferably in Bahrain or GCC)
Basic knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR practices
Familiarity with expatriate processes (visa, LMRA procedures, documentation)
Must be locally available in Bahrain
Immediate joiner preferred
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Experience in a multicultural work environment
