Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring compliance with Bahrain labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Post and manage job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed and other recruitment channels
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with internal departments to understand hiring needs
Stay updated on hiring trends and recruitment best practices
Requirements

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role
Must be locally available in Bahrain with the ability to join immediately
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and recruitment regulations
Experience using recruitment platforms like Indeed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting in GCC markets
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong networking and sourcing skills
