OUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE – PAINTS / CHEMICALS
Full job description
We are seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience, specializing in Paints / Chemicals, with client acquisition and business development. Candidates with exposure to the contractors, consultants, retailers, hotels, automobile, industrial industries are preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
 Identify, approach, and acquire new clients and business opportunities
 Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
 Generate leads through digital platforms, networking, and field activities
 Build and maintain strong client relationships ( Contractors / consultants/ retailers)
 Plan and run marketing campaigns (online & offline) to support sales efforts
 Conduct market research and competitor analysis
 Meet sales targets and track performance metrics
 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field
2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing / business development
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Pay: Industry standard
