Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team.

Salary - Negotiable
Duty Hours - 8 Hours / 26 Days
Accommodation & Transportation provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities
 Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for interior fit-out projects
 Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract
works
 Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
 Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
 Analyze project risks and opportunities to optimize costing
 Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines
 Collaborate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams
 Maintain a database of costs, suppliers, and historical project data
 Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings when required
 Support post-tender negotiations and clarifications
Qualifications & Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out
 Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods
 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
 Strong analytical and numerical skills
 Good communication and negotiation skills
