Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems Support Specialist to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. You will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users (onsite and remote)
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues in a timely manner
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Active Directory, email systems)
Monitor system performance and ensure security and data integrity
Support IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, printers, and networking equipment
Perform routine system updates, backups, and patch management
Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and support procedures
Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers when required
Requirements
Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
Strong knowledge of:
Windows Server & Desktop environments
Microsoft 365 / Exchange
Active Directory & Group Policy
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), CompTIA A+ / Network+
Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
Basic cybersecurity knowledge
