We are hiring a Tailor Master

Location: Bahrain, Manama

The reputed company is looking for a Tailor Master to join our creative team.
What we are looking for:

• Design, cut, sew, and tailor garments based on measurements and specifications.
• Give proper instruction about alterations of dresses to tailors.
• Work with various fabrics, including delicate materials like silk, wool, and leather.
• Ensure garments are perfectly fitted, both for aesthetics and comfort.
• Create patterns or modify existing patterns to fit specific needs.
• Lead and supervise a team of tailors, seamstresses, and apprentices.
• Train junior tailors in advanced techniques, including stitching, pattern making, and fabric handling.
• Oversee the quality of work and ensure that all garments meet the shop's standards.
• Assign tasks to the team and ensure that deadlines are met.

Requirement

• 3 to 4 Years of experience in the related field
• Good Communication skill
• Must be able to handle work pressure and complete the task on time
