Key Responsibilities

Assist machine operators and production staff in daily tasks
Load and unload raw materials and finished products
Pack, label, and move products within the factory
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Perform basic quality checks on products
Operate simple tools and equipment under supervision
Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors
Report any defects, damages, or safety issues
Adhere to all safety and operational procedures
Support other departments as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks
Basic understanding of factory or production processes
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
Good attention to detail
Strong work ethic and reliability
