Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant / HR Coordinator who is currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HR operations and a solid understanding of Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA processes, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Handle employee documentation, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Coordinate recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interview scheduling)
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
Support payroll preparation and leave management
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies
Process visa applications, renewals, and LMRA-related procedures
Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

Currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator (1–3 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and LMRA processes
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Arabic language skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in visa processing and government relations in Bahrain
Knowledge of payroll systems
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
