We are looking for a motivated and experienced Indoor Salesman (Bahraini or Arab National) to join our team in a showroom specializing in doors, vanities, sanitary ware, and related products.

🔹 Requirements:
• Bahraini nationality (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in doors, vanities, sanitary ware, or construction materials)
• Strong product knowledge in the relevant field
• Comfortable appearing in social media videos and representing the brand professionally
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal politely and confidently with customers
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional attitude
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets
• Basic computer skills (invoicing, quotations, CRM systems, etc.)
• Team player with a positive attitude

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Assist customers inside the showroom and provide product recommendations
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display
• Participate in creating social media content (videos, product showcases, promotions)
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Stay updated on new products and market trends

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المبيعات (ويُفضل في الأبواب، الفانيتي، الأدوات الصحية أو مواد البناء)
اء بأسلوب لبق وواثق
• حسن المظهر • معرفة قوية بالمنتجات في المجال
• القدرة على الظهور في مقاطع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وتمثيل العلامة التجارية بشكل احترافي
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على التعامل مع العم
ل والالتزام بالمهنية
• القدرة على فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم الحلول المناسبة
• عقلية بيعية والقدرة على تحقيق الأهداف
• مهارات أساسية في استخدام الكمبيوتر (إصدار الفواتير، إعداد العروض السعرية، أنظمة إدارة العملاء CRM، وغيرها)
البيع وتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية
• المحافظة • القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق بروح إيجابية
