Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior System Administrator to support the management, maintenance, and monitoring of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with system administration tasks, strong troubleshooting skills, and must be currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, systems, and networks.
Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability of IT systems.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance.
Assist in backup management and data recovery processes.
Support the implementation of IT security policies and procedures.
Maintain documentation related to system configurations and IT processes.
Collaborate with the IT team to improve system efficiency and stability.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
Experience with system troubleshooting and server maintenance.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and security practices.
Experience with backup and monitoring tools.
