We are looking for a professional and well-organized Secretary with experience in the real estate field to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and secretarial tasks
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Maintain files, records, and documentation
- Assist management with real estate–related documentation and follow-ups

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Secretary in a Real Estate company
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
