Hamasha Motors Services is looking for a dedicated, highly organized, and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s full financial cycle and administrative-financial requirements.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Full Accounting Management: Handle all financial transactions, including journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliation.

Fixed Assets & Expenses: Accurate recording and depreciation of fixed assets; managing utility payments (Electricity, Water, Telecom).

Receivables & Payables: Full oversight of vendor (Supplier) accounts and customer aging reports.

Payroll Management: Organizing monthly payroll, including staff settlements and salary processing.

Banking & Government Relations: Expert handling of banking transactions and full compliance with Bahraini government portals:

LMRA (Labour Market Regulatory Authority)

SIO (Social Insurance Organization)

NBR & VAT (National Bureau for Revenue & VAT filings)

Financial Reporting: Preparing periodic financial statements and reports for management upon request.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Significant experience in accounting, preferably within the automotive or service industry.

Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Bahrain’s VAT laws and government portal procedures.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Advanced Excel.

Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to organize documents and ensure all entries are accurate and compliant.

Communication: Fluent in English (Professional Arabic is a plus).
