We are hiring a confident and target-driven Bengali Sales Representative to handle client inquiries, generate leads, and convert walk-ins into successful sales. The role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build client trust.

The ideal candidate should also be comfortable creating short videos and assisting the team in marketing strategies to help promote services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in clients and inquiries in Bengali and English.

Explain company services clearly and professionally.

Generate leads and close sales targets.

Follow up with potential clients via calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain client records and daily sales reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing.

Assist the team in marketing activities, including creating videos and content ideas.

Requirements

Female candidate preferred.

Must be currently inside Bahrain.

Fluent in Bengali & English.
