Subject: URGENT: Supervisor / Foreman (Joinery & Interiors) – Major Project
We are hiring a dedicated Site Supervisor / Foreman with extensive experience in Joinery and Interior Fit-out for a high-budget project.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Direct supervision of carpenters, installers, and site labor to ensure daily targets are met.

Installation Oversight: Monitor the installation of joinery, woodworks, and finishes to ensure compliance with drawings and high-quality standards.

Site Readiness: Coordinate with other trades (MEP/Civil) to ensure the work area is ready for fit-out activities.

Reporting & Progress: Maintain daily logs, manage material onsite, and ensure the workspace is kept clean and safe.

Requirements:
Experience: Must have a strong background as a Foreman or Supervisor in the Interior/Joinery industry.

Technical Knowledge: Ability to read shop drawings and translate them into precise onsite execution.

Efficiency: Proven track record of managing labor and meeting tight deadlines.
