Job Purpose:
Supervising the aluminum work team and coordinating project execution (doors, windows, kitchens) to ensure quality and adherence to timelines, while possessing hands-on technical skill to intervene directly when needed and resolve technical issues in the field.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in the aluminum field (manufacturing or installation).
Previous supervisory experience leading a work team is preferred.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong technical skill in aluminum manufacturing and installation.
Ability to solve technical problems quickly and efficiently.
Leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
