Description

One of leading companies in Bahrain is looking for experienced Facade Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – Aluminium
who has minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in India / UAE in the architectural field (Aluminium doors, windows, Curtainwall, glazing, skylight, ACP Cladding) having worked on high rise buildings / villa projects. Well versed in AutoCAD latest version and related computer software, must have the technical knowledge and capability to study and understand the Architectural / Structural drawings and able to generate detailed shop drawings, As built drawings Etc.
• Key Responsibilities
• Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings
• Request and analysis supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare pricing breakdowns, value engineering options, and clarifications
• Assist in tender submissions and post-tender negotiations
• Monitor project cost vs budget and report variance
• Evaluate variations, change orders, and claim
• Support contract administration in coordination with project managers
• Experience
• 3 – 4 years’ experience as QS / Estimator
• Mandatory experience in aluminium contracting / fa?ade industry Technical Skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD (for quantity take-offs)
• Strong command of MS Excel (advanced formulas, cost sheets)
• Good understanding of standard construction contracts
