Description

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and grill meat, chicken, and other items according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent.
• Maintain cleanliness of the grill station and kitchen area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a griller in a restaurant or hotel.
• Good knowledge of grilling techniques and temperature control.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle busy service hours.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Salary & benefits:

• Salary: BD 160 per month.
• Food allowance: BD 20 per month.
• Duty hours: 10 hours per day.
• Accommodation and transportation: Provided.
• Air ticket and leave: As per Bahrain labour law.
