Description

Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, Industrial Technology, or related field.
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Certificate.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in QA/QC within the steel industry, preferably in reinforcement steel (rebar manufacturing).

Strong knowledge of international standards such as:

ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems
British Standards Institution (BS standards)
ASTM International standards (e.g., ASTM A615 / A706)
Hands-on experience in:
Practical experience in implementing and maintaining QMS (Quality Management System).
Raw material inspection
In-process and final product inspection
Mechanical testing (Tensile Test, Bend Test, Elongation, Yield Strength)
Mill Test Certificates (MTC) verification
