Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in daily kitchen operations. You will assist with food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure that all food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, including dishes, surfaces, tools, and equipment
-Support chefs in preparing menu items, including salads, smoothies, and protein-based meals
-Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
-Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
-Dispose of waste according to health and safety regulations
-Help with meal assembly and packaging for dine-in and takeaway orders
-Perform any other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as a kitchen helper is preferred.
-Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
-Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
-Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
-Interest in healthy food and nutrition is a plus
-Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
-Candidate must be in Bahrain
