Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic FMCG Merchandiser to join our field sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring our fast-moving consumer goods are perfectly displayed, well-stocked, and highly visible to customers across assigned retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Replenishment: Ensure shelves are fully stocked, rotating products regularly to maintain freshness and minimize out-of-stocks and implement FIFO standards.
Shelf Management: Place and arrange products according to company planograms and layout standards.
Promotional Execution: Set up eye-catching promotional displays, endcaps, and Point-of-Sale (POS) materials.
Quality Control: Remove and report any damaged, expired, or spoiled stock according to company guidelines.
Competitor Monitoring: Gather market intelligence by observing competitor activities, pricing, and display strategies.
Relationship Building: Maintain excellent relationships with clients and floor staff to secure premium shelf spaces.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a merchandiser or in the FMCG/retail sector
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk assigned store routes, and regularly lift/move cases of merchandise (up to 25 kg).
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between multiple store locations.

Salary: BD 120-140 a month based in experience.
Joining: Immediate.
Only based in Bahrain are eligible to apply.
