Subject: Job Requirement for the Post of Civil Engineer.

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in waterproofing and thermal insulation works, along with strong project management and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise, coordinate, and manage on-site and off-site civil engineering activities.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Oversee waterproofing and thermal insulation works, ensuring compliance with approved materials and methods.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company standards, and local authority requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction, with specific expertise in waterproofing and thermal insulation systems.
• Valid Bahrain Driving License.
• Strong on-site/off-site management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Arabic, and Malayalam.
• CRPEP License is an added advantage.
