Urgent Requirement: Java Developer / Technical Support Expert
Location: Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-time
We need highly skilled Java Developers passionate about building enterprise-grade applications and solving complex technical challenges along with the below Skill Sets.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
βœ” Analyze new user requirements and estimate development/testing efforts
βœ” Assess impact of changes on existing systems, workflows, and data
βœ” Implement enhancements using LMRA coding standards (IBM WebSphere J2EE or similar)
βœ” Perform structured unit testing and ensure defectfree delivery
βœ” Investigate and resolve system issues and defects
βœ” Provide 3rdlevel support to EMS teams for system behavior and workflows
βœ” Contribute to regression testing, UAT prep, code review, performance tuning & security
βœ” Conduct R&D, explore new tools/frameworks, stay updated with industry trends
βœ” Mentor and guide junior developers when required

πŸŽ“ Required Qualifications
πŸ”Ή Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
πŸ”Ή 4+ years of experience in:
* Java / J2EE Development
* JavaScript, CSS, HTML & Web Standards
πŸ”Ή Preferably certified (e.g., OCJP, OCWCD)
πŸ”Ή Must hold at least four (4) certifications in relevant technologies

πŸ’‘ Added Advantage
✨ Experience in test automation
✨ Mobile development (Android/iOS) + UX/UI skills
✨ AWS certification (Architect/Developer)
✨ Knowledge of AWS microservices & containerized environments
✨ Bahraini nationals & Arabic speakers preferred
