WhiteSquare Core Digital Solutions is looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to help build and scale our software products.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology, can work independently, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable using modern AI-assisted workflows and development tools.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the founders and play a key role in shaping future products.

Location & Work Arrangement

Location: Bahrain

Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain web and mobile applications
- Build frontend and backend features end-to-end
- Develop and integrate APIs
- Work with databases and cloud infrastructure
- Participate in product discussions and technical planning
- Debug, optimize and improve existing applications
- Ensure code quality and application security
- Document development processes and technical decisions
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and development speed

Required Skills

- 3–7 years of software development experience
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js or Python/Django
- REST APIs
- PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Git/GitHub
- Cloud deployment experience
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar
- Ability to leverage AI tools for coding, testing, documentation, debugging, and productivity improvements
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting applications in a live production environment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve real-world issues affecting users, integrations, performance, and deployments
- Experience working with production releases, monitoring, bug tracking, and incident resolution
- Problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills

Nice to Have

- Tailwind CSS
- AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront)
- Docker and containerized deployments
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as N8N, Zapier, Make, or similar
- Experience integrating AI/LLM services and APIs
- SaaS product experience
- Event technology or event management software experience
