Eagle Safe & Security is looking for a sharp, vigilant, and experienced Patrolling Supervisor to lead our security teams. If you have a hawk-eye for detail and know the streets of Bahrain like the back of your hand, we want you on our wing.
The Role
As a Patrolling Supervisor, you won’t just be behind a desk. You’ll be the heartbeat of our field operations, ensuring our guards are sharp, our clients are secure, and our response times are unmatched.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting random site inspections and mobile patrols.
Supervising and mentoring on-site security personnel.
Responding to emergencies and incidents with calm authority.
Ensuring all safety protocols and "Eagle" standards are strictly followed.
What We’re Looking For
We don’t just need a driver; we need a leader who understands the local landscape.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional driving experience within Bahrain and previous working experience in security field.
Credentials: Must possess a valid Bahraini Driving License.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure situations.
Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Bahrain’s geography, routes, and traffic regulations.
Communication: Strong command of English (Arabic is a major plus!).
