Description

RSM Bahrain is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Audit Supervisor to lead and oversee audit engagements for a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, proven leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality audit services in a demanding and dynamic professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

      •     Plan, manage, and supervise the execution of audit engagements from start to finish
      •     Review working papers, financial statements, and audit reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
      •     Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to junior and senior audit staff
      •     Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for audit-related matters
      •     Identify and resolve audit issues, offering practical solutions where applicable
      •     Ensure engagement deliverables are completed on time and within budget
      •     Stay informed of changes in accounting and auditing standards and apply them effectively


Requirements:

-Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in audit or assurance

-Holder of a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

-Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is an added advantage

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues

-Strong leadership, organisational, and analytical skills

-Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines

-Good interpersonal , project management and report writing skills
