The Role

You will lead our catering and events team to deliver world-class service for weddings, corporate galas, and conferences. Your focus will be on operational excellence, team leadership, and driving revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities

Event Mastery: Oversee all F&B functions from initial planning and setup to final execution.
Strategic Collaboration: Work with Sales and Events teams to design bespoke menus and event packages.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory to maximize profitability.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and train a high-performing service team in luxury protocols.
Quality Control: Ensure 5-star standards for hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
What You Bring

Experience: 5+ years in F&B leadership, with at least 3 years specifically in luxury Banquet/Catering operations.
Expertise: Proven track record in managing high-volume, high-profile events.
Business Acumen: Strong skills in P&L management, forecasting, and F&B software.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a guest-centric mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
