👨‍🍳 Fast Food, Expert Required

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Fast Food, Juice & Shakes Expert to join our cafeteria/restaurant team. The ideal candidate should be highly experienced in preparing burgers, shawarma, sandwiches, wraps, fresh juices, milkshakes, and Karak tea, with excellent taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Expert in preparing Burgers, Shawarma, Sandwiches, Wraps, Club Sandwiches, and other fast-food items.
- Skilled in preparing and marinating chicken and meat for shawarma and fast-food dishes.
- Expert in Fresh Juices & Shakes, including a variety of fresh fruit juices, milkshakes, smoothies, and specialty beverages.
- Able to create different juice and shake combinations with excellent taste and presentation.
- Expert in making Karak Tea with consistent quality and authentic taste.
- Prepare orders quickly and efficiently during busy hours.
- Maintain consistent taste, portion control, and attractive presentation.
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Properly manage ingredients, storage, equipment, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Minimize food waste and maintain efficient stock usage.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Fast Food & Juice/Shake Expert.
- Strong knowledge of burgers, shawarma, sandwiches, wraps, juices, shakes, smoothies, and Karak.
- Excellent understanding of flavors, ingredients, and beverage preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle high-volume orders.
- Clean, hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Previous cafeteria, restaurant, or fast-food experience preferred.
