Trailer Truck Logistics Manager (GCC Operations)

Location: Bahrain
Industry: Freight & Cross-Border Transport

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage trailer truck movements across GCC countries

- Coordinate drivers, dispatch schedules, and border documentation

- Track shipments, ensure on-time delivery, and resolve delays

- Manage fleet utilization, fuel, and maintenance schedules

- Ensure compliance with customs, safety, and transport regulations

- Liaise with clients, customs brokers, and port/border agents

- Identify, pursue, and secure client contracts (government & private sector)

- Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and manage service agreements

- Monitor KPIs (delivery time, costs, truck downtime)

- Handle incidents, route changes, and emergency logistics issues


Requirements

- 3+ years in logistics or fleet management (GCC experience preferred)

- Proven experience in business development or contract acquisition

- Strong knowledge of GCC customs & transport regulations

- Experience managing drivers and cross-border routes

- Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in tracking systems, Excel, or TMS software

- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
