We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling government-mandated HR activities and providing day-to-day HR administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all government-related HR activities including:
LMRA (work permits, visas, renewals, cancellations)
CPR, GOSI, SIO, and MOL related processes
Employment contracts and compliance documentation
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance records
Liaise with government authorities and external agencies as required
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Bahrain labor laws
Support HR Manager with audits, reports, and administrative tasks
Respond to employee HR-related queries professionally and timely
Requirements

Currently residing in Bahrain
Immediate joiner
Proven experience as an HR Administrator / HR Officer
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and government portals
Hands-on experience with LMRA, MOL, SIO, and GOSI
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–4 years of HR/Admin experience in Bahrain
