Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in HR operations and in-depth knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and LMRA requirements
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Manage employee files, contracts, renewals, and HR documentation
Coordinate with government entities (LMRA, GOSI, MOL)
Support management with HR policies, procedures, and reports
Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in Bahrain
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and HR practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Immediate joiner preferred
