Responsibilities:

• Supervise production of high-quality sofas, including frames, cushioning, upholstery, and finishing.
• Lead and manage a team of carpenters, upholstery tailors, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain strict quality control standards and meet production deadlines.
• Interpret interior layout drawings, design sketches, and blueprints accurately.
• Oversee veneer work and overall carpentry operations to meet company standards.

Requirements:
• 10+ years in carpentry, sofa making & upholstery, 5+ years supervisory experience..
• Skilled in veneer work, quality control, and production management.
