*** Position Overview ***
This is a full-time on-site role for an Business Head (Electronics & Appliances Division), located in Manama. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, overseeing product life-cycle management, managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and market penetration.



*** Key Responsibilities ***

1. Business Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute the business strategy for the Electronics and Appliances division.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Define annual budgets, forecasts, and business goals.
• Build and own the P&L for the division.

2. Sales & Marketing Leadership
• Lead sales and marketing teams to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional plans.
• Build strong channel/distribution network and business partnerships.
• Operational & Team Management
• Build and manage a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and product.
• Align cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, and support.
• Set clear KPIs, track performance, and ensure accountability.

4. Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with the leadership team on business priorities and growth.
• Present performance reports and strategic plans to the board/management.
• Liaise with key clients, partners, and suppliers.



*** Qualifications and Requirements ***
• Minimum of Bachelors degree and MBA from reputable institutions.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Electronics and Appliances business, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in GCC markets.
• Strong experience in product strategy, P&L management, and scaling businesses.
• Professional fluency in English
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal.
