Job Description: Sales Executive (Automotive) – Bahrain

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join our automotive sales team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for cars and a deep understanding of the local market. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire car-buying journey, from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for new/pre-owned vehicles.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Lead Management: Proactively follow up on showroom walk-ins, phone inquiries, and digital leads.
Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, financing options, and accessories.
Test Drives: Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives across various locations in Bahrain.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections effectively and negotiate terms to close deals while maintaining healthy margins.
Administrative Accuracy: Ensure all documentation, including insurance, registration, and finance paperwork, is completed accurately and in compliance with Bahraini regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales (experience within the Bahraini or GCC market is highly preferred).
License: Must possess a valid Bahraini Driving License (Mandatory).
Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and "closing" skills.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
