REQUIRED – FEMALE SENIOR CIVIL PLANNING ENGINEER

A well-established contracting company in the Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking a Female Senior Civil Planning Engineer with strong experience in managing and controlling construction project schedules.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction projects

Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project

Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control

Experience in preparing baseline programs, recovery schedules, and progress reports

Ability to coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams

Familiarity with Bahrain construction standards is preferred

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules

Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions

Prepare weekly/monthly progress and delay analysis reports

Support project management in planning and decision-making
