Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules
Communicate with drivers, couriers, and dispatch
Monitor deliveries and resolve operational issues
Maintain records and prepare basic reports
Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
Requirements:
Experience in logistics or delivery operations preferred
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Basic computer and reporting skills
