WE ARE HIRING: Showroom Sales & Operations Coordinator
Location: Jidd Ali, Bahrain
Job Type: Soft Launch Phase (7-Hour Shift)
Shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM Daily
Industry: Sports Nutrition & Fitness Retail
We are launching a premium, fast-paced "Grab & Go" sports supplement boutique in Jidd Ali. We are starting with a strategic Soft Launch phase running a single 7-hour evening shift to measure local gym traffic and footfall.
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and organized professional to manage our showroom floor, handle daily retail transactions, and oversee basic supplier operations.
## ???? What You Will Do
1. Showroom Sales & Customer Service

* Convert Foot Traffic: Welcome walk-in gym-goers and visitors during peak evening hours, understand their fitness goals, and enthusiastically upsell them on our single-serve sachets, RTD shakes, and supplement packs.
* Merchandising: Ensure the front window showcase and beverage chillers are perfectly organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing at all times.

2. Daily Retail Operations & Cash Handling

* POS Management: Open and close the shop daily, handle cash/card payments using our Point of Sale (POS) system, and generate clean end-of-day sales reports.
* Inventory & Supplier Checking: Receive incoming supplier deliveries, physically count the stock against the delivery notes, verify the costs, and finalize the invoices for ownership's final review and payment release.

## ???? Requirements

* Retail Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, cash handling, or customer service (experience in gym reception or supplement shops is a major advantage).
* Basic Math & Computer Literacy: Comfortable using electronic POS registers and calculating simple daily inventory balances.
* Strong English Communication: Friendly, confident, and fluent in spoken English to build instant rapport with our local fitness community.
* Punctuality: Absolute discipline to open the showroom sharply at 3:00 PM and close at 10:00 PM.

## ???? Compensation & Salary Package

* Employment Visa: Fully provided and paid for by the company.
* Starting Basic Salary: 100 BHD per month during the initial 3-month probation/soft-launch phase (reflecting the reduced 7-hour daily shift).
* Salary Progression: Eligible for an increase up to 150 BHD per month after the 3-month probation period, strictly based on sales performance and operational reliability.
* Commissions: Performance-based commission on in-store sales targets.
