​We are looking for a skilled MEP Draftsman cum Designer to join our Interior Design and Execution Company.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting)

Develop MEP design layouts as per project requirements and authority standards

Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and Site Teams

Modify drawings based on site conditions and client comments

Assist in material submittals, BOQs, and as-built drawings

Ensure compliance with local authority regulations

Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering​ is Plus

Minimum 3–5 years GCC experience in MEP drafting & design

Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)

Good knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems

Experience in fit-out and commercial projects preferred

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
