Description

Key Responsibilities

Hunt and acquire new clients for CCTV & security system projects

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking

Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements

Promote CCTV cameras, access control, time attendance, alarms, and ELV solutions

Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial offers

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals

Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys and installations

Maintain sales pipeline and submit regular reports

Track market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CCTV / security systems / ELV sales

Proven experience in hunting new clients (B2B)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bahrain market knowledge preferred

Valid Bahrain driving licence is an advantage

Experience selling to corporate, commercial, and residential clients
