• Must be a master of traditional masalas and slow-cooking techniques.

• 🥨 SNACK MAKER (Chaya Kadi Expert)
• Specialist in traditional snacks: Pazham Pori, Parippu Vada, Neyyappam, Unnakaya, Samosa, and Cutlets.
• Ability to maintain high quality and crispness for the evening tea crowd.

• 💰 WAITER CUM CASHIER
• Smart, multitasking individual to handle customer service and billing.
• Should speak Malayalam & English (Arabic is a plus).
