Hiring Job Role: - IT Technician AVAILABLE IN BAHRAIN FOR LOCAL TRANSFER FOR A REPUTED Chain OF FMCG
Salary Benefits Negotiable :
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware (computers, printers, PDT), software applications, and CCTV systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, network connectivity, and security cameras.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, servers.
• Assist in the IT projects and management of user accounts, email, and access permissions.
• Perform regular system backups to remote site
• Maintain IT inventory, including tracking hardware, toner, barcode labels and software licenses.
• Provide training and technical support to employees on software, hardware and IT procedures.
• Document IT configurations and troubleshooting steps for internal reference.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Qualifications:


• related field experience.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role, including CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of computer systems, networks, software applications, and security camera systems.
• Experience with Windows and MAC operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and security practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
